Smooth Intelligence is a software tool that helps real estate wholesalers and investors find the buyers who actually close in Dallas and Fort Worth. We read public records and licensed third-party data, verify it, and present it. We are a data and software company. We are not a brokerage, we do not represent you, and we do not broker deals.
You need an account for the paid features. Keep your login safe, and understand that everything done under your account is your responsibility. Give us accurate details when you sign up. One account is for one person or business, so please do not share a login so that others can use the service without paying.
You get access to the data the moment you subscribe, so we generally do not refund time or reveals you have already used. Cancelling stops future charges. The full position is on the refund policy page.
Each plan includes a number of reveals per billing cycle, and a reveal unlocks the contact details for one buyer. Reveals reset at the start of each cycle and do not roll over. Once you have revealed a buyer you can look at them again without spending another reveal.
The buyer information, contact details and market data come from public records and third-party sources. We work hard to keep it current and we will not overstate it:

The data is the business. Reselling or redistributing it is a serious breach and can end your account without a refund.
When you contact a buyer using what you found here, following the rules on calling, texting and do-not-call lists is your responsibility. We give you data; how you use it to reach somebody is on you.
Cancel whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or misuses the service. An account closed for a violation may lose access without a refund.
We aim to keep the service running and cannot promise it is up every minute. We may take it down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
So far as the law allows, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost deals. If we are ever found liable, our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the previous three months.
We may update these terms as the business grows. If a change is meaningful we will tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
