Questions people actually ask
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Depth and filters. Both start at the strongest buyer in the area.
Starter reads 100 deep, Pro reads 250 and adds the filters that answer
a hard deal: who buys in a flood zone, who takes a small lot, who buys
raw land, who buys commercial.
Does a cheaper plan show me worse buyers?
No, and it used to, which is why this is written down. Every plan is
ranked strongest first and starts at number one. A plan sets how far
down the list you can read. It never moves where you start.
What does annual actually save?
Two months. Annual is ten months of the monthly price, billed once.
Starter is $970 a year, Pro is $2,970.
How does the free trial work?
Three days of full access to the plan you pick. A card is required to
start and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then
and you pay nothing.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade and it applies straight away. Downgrade and it applies at
the end of the period you already paid for. No contract, no call.
Which areas do you cover?
Live in 3 Texas counties, 68 cities and expanding.

number, because the depth is genuinely different and one blended figure
would imply coverage we do not have in both.
What happens when you have not checked something?
The card says so. A blank is a blank, never quietly filled in with an
average or a zero. That is the whole point of paying for this rather
than buying a list.
Do I have to talk to anyone to start?
No. Search a free area first, and pick a plan when you want the phone
numbers. Nothing needs a call.
Do you have a team plan?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than take an order for it. Seats,
shared lists and bulk export are being built. Email us and we will tell
you when they are real.
